Send a photo of the spot and rough dimensions. You get a layout, a heat-load calculation and a fixed price — usually within two working days, with no deposit until you have seen all of it.
The fastest route
It is how everything on this island actually gets done. Photos, voice notes, whatever is easiest.
What to send
The more of this you include, the more useful the first reply is. None of it is mandatory — a photo and a rough idea is enough to start.
- A photo of the spot. Wide enough that we can see what is around it. Two or three angles is better.
- Rough dimensions. Paces are fine. We are looking for order of magnitude, not millimetres.
- A photo of your electrical board. This is the one people never send and it is the most useful of all — it tells us immediately whether your supply carries a real heater or whether we are talking about an infrared cabin.
- What you want. "Sauna for four with a view" is a perfectly good brief. So is "I have no idea, what should I do here?"
- Where you are. Kuta, Senggigi, a Gili — it changes the logistics and therefore the price.
- The width of your access road, if it is narrow. Better to know now.
What you get back
A layout, a heat-load calculation, a specification and a fixed price. Groundworks, drainage and any PLN supply upgrade are itemised as their own lines so you can see what each part costs and what you could cut. Usually two working days.
You do not pay anything to find out what this costs or whether it will work on your site. If the drawing is wrong, we change the drawing.
If you are off-island
Plenty of our clients buy before they arrive. WhatsApp photos and a video walk-around of the plot get us most of the way, and we can survey properly before you land. Say so and we will work to your timeline.
