The fastest route
Nearly everything on this island moves through WhatsApp first. Send photos, a voice note, whatever is quickest for you.
What helps us most
Include as much of this as you can and the first reply gets sharper. None of it is required though — a photo and a rough idea is plenty to begin.
- A photo of the plot. Wide enough to show what surrounds it. Two or three angles beat one.
- Rough dimensions. Pacing it out is fine — we need the right order of magnitude, not millimetre precision.
- A photo of your electrical board. The one thing people almost always forget, and the single most useful item here — it tells us instantly whether your supply can carry a proper heater or whether an infrared cabin is the more realistic option.
- What you are picturing. "A four-person sauna with an ocean view" works fine as a brief. Honestly, so does "I have no idea, tell me what to do."
- Roughly where you are. Kuta, Senggigi, one of the Gilis — location shifts the logistics, and the logistics shift the price.
- How wide your access road is, particularly if it is tight. Worth flagging early rather than discovering it on delivery day.
What comes back to you
A layout, a heat-load calculation, a full specification, and one fixed price. Groundworks, drainage and any PLN upgrade each get their own line, so you can see exactly what costs what and where you could trim. Usually inside two working days.
Finding out what this costs, and whether it even works on your site, costs you nothing. If the drawing misses the mark, we simply redraw it.

A good share of our clients commit before they have even landed. WhatsApp photos plus a video walk-around of the plot cover most of what we need, and a proper survey can happen ahead of your arrival. Just tell us your timeline and we will build around it.
