Villa saunas are the bulk of the work: a built-in cedar or thermowood room off the master suite, or an outdoor cabin on a new deck, sized for four to six people, from IDR 125,000,000 for the cabin and running two to three weeks on site once the heater has crossed from Java. Most add a cedar ice bath or chilled plunge beside it, because in Lombok the cold half is the half guests talk about.

Retreat and surf-camp zones are the second kind: a six-to-ten-seat sauna, two or three plunges so a group rotates without queueing, an outdoor shower, and the plumbing and power shared across the lot. These are quoted per site after a survey, take four to six weeks, and are scheduled around the dry season for the exterior work. Our wellness zones page describes the sequence we design them around.

Replacements and rescues are the third: a sauna built by someone else that has rotted at the base, a heater that trips the villa every evening, a plunge whose chiller cannot hold ten degrees in March. We diagnose first and quote only what is actually failing; sometimes the honest answer is a new heater and better ventilation, not a new room. Pricing for every build type is public, and every quote is fixed once the survey is done.

These are visualisations of our own designs and specifications, not photographs of delivered client projects. We would rather say that plainly than pass off a render as a reference — the whole pitch of this business is that we tell you the awkward thing before you find it out yourself.
